Refund Policy: On-Demand Food Delivery and Fresh Products – TnShop

1. Refunds for On-Demand Food Orders:
– We do not offer refunds for on-demand food orders that have been successfully delivered, except in the following cases:
  a. The delivered food items are incorrect or not as per your order.
  b. The delivered food items are damaged or of subpar quality.
  c. The order was canceled before dispatch, and you were charged.

2. Refunds for Fresh Product Orders:
– Refunds for fresh product orders will only be considered under the following circumstances:
  a. The delivered fresh products are damaged, spoiled, or of unacceptable quality.
  b. The fresh product order was canceled before processing, and you were charged.

3. Requesting a Refund:
– To initiate a refund request, please contact our customer support team at care@tnshop.in.
– Provide relevant order details and a clear explanation of the reason for the refund request.
– We may require photographic evidence of the issue (e.g., pictures of damaged or spoiled products) to process the refund.

4. Timeframe for Refund Requests:
– Refund requests for on-demand food and fresh products must be made within 2 hours of the delivery time.
– Requests made after this timeframe may not be considered for a refund.

5. Refund Processing:
– Once we receive your refund request and validate the eligibility, we will process the refund to your original payment method within 7 working days.
– The refund processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment gateway.

6. Partial Refunds:
– In some cases, a partial refund may be issued if only a portion of the order is eligible for a refund (e.g., one item out of multiple items in the order).
– The partial refund will be calculated based on the value of the eligible items.

7. Subscription Orders and Refunds:
– If you have a subscription-based order, refunds for future deliveries will be processed as per the eligibility criteria mentioned above.
– Canceling a subscription will not entitle you to a refund for the deliveries already received.

8. Failed Deliveries and Refunds:
– In the event of a failed delivery due to reasons beyond our control, such as incorrect address or customer unavailability, you will be eligible for a refund as per our refund policy.
– If the order is subsequently delivered successfully, and you have already received a refund, you are required to make a new payment for the delivered items.

9. Changes to the Refund Policy:
– TnShop reserves the right to modify or update this refund policy at any time without prior notice.
– Any changes to the policy will be communicated through our website or other appropriate channels.
