  5. Preparation of Dosa:
    • Once the batter is fermented, it is ready for making dosas. The batter should have a slightly thick yet pourable consistency. Add water if needed to adjust the consistency.

    • Pour a ladleful of batter onto the center of the skillet and spread it out in a circular motion to form a thin dosa.

    • Flip the dosa and cook the other side for a minute until done.
    • Repeat the process with the remaining batter.
